Hi Nathan. You can use any noodles, but in class we used a pack of 2 minute noodles without the flavour. They were left to soak in warm water for about 2 minutes and then left to go cold. Hope you enjoy making spring rolls at home.
Hi Deb. I'll ask Mrs Oakley if she has a recipe, but we basically just wrapped chopped and shredded salad and some cold noodles in rice paper wraps. These were then dipped in sweet chili sauce.

Thanks Ben, Mathieu is going to make them for dinner one night but wasn't too clear on the "noodles used" but see it was rice paper wraps.
